Since I finally got moved to my new casa, I updated my Postcrossing profile and have been getting some fun cards lately. Click to read more:

This card was from Portugal and was really quite beautiful. You can see a larger version on Flickr.

This card came from Germany and was Fabian's first postcard (flickr). Welcome to Postcrossing! A funny story about this - both my boyfriend and I use postcrossing, and he was sending out cards while I was registering mine. So he requested a card and pulled Fabian right after I registered my card from him, so he will send a card and get a card from the same place in Utah. Lucky you!!

I also received this very nice map postcard from Austria (flickr), which I like. Map cards are very lovely paired with local photography. Thanks!

In other news I'm working on making my own postcard to print on Moo.com for use with Postcrossing. I've printed a set before, using just pictures I've taken in and around SLC. This time I want to do something more formal, incorporating multiple photos into my card. Here's version 1 of my mocked up sample for the card:

It's version 1.0 but it's coming along. I've got it up on flickr if you'd like to see a higher resolution version.
