With the removal of Valentine’s day flowers the profit sheet and chart have been updated. They are below. You’ll also notice that I’ve created a sticky page on the top of my blog that will always host the most current spreadsheet and chart.

New Valentines Day Flowers are in Farmville! The Fire & Ice roses blow the doors off everything else profit wise, so get them while they’re available! They take 16 hours to grow and will be here for 11 days. I updated the Google Docs Profit Spreadsheet with the new flowers, so check it out!

Harvest Time

Farmville is getting ready for Thanksgiving and Autumn by adding acorn squash, pattypan squash, and cranberries. I hope they add a turkey soon! I’ve updated my profit sheet and the chart for profits with the new items. The sheet has been updated to include mastery and, depending on how wide your screen is, it may cut off parts of the sheet. Click here to view the entire sheet in Google Docs.

Industrial Farming Comes to FarmVille

9233_509749557514_187300143_30389060_3327548_nThat’s right! Now you can load your precious white, pink, and brown cows into a special building that will, with one click, harvest all their milk. I guess, like women who work together for a long time, it gets all their cycles synchronized to milk at once. This is to be the first of many functional buildings. I suspect the next will be for chickens and another possibly for the piggies? At least it doesn’t run on the single fuel tank that powers all of your farm.

FarmVille has also expanded their line of flowers to include Tulips, Lilies, Lavender, and Roses in addition to the Sunflowers. So now you can turn your farm into a tulip wonderland. Now all we need are the wooden clogs and windmills. I’ve updated my FarmVille profits spreadsheet to include the new crops. It’s available hosted on Google Docs or after the break.

I’ve updated the FarmVille profit sheet with the new seed and crops data. It is still available via Google Docs. A visualization of the data shows that Tomatoes are the best product to use, at a nice 7.25 coins/hour earnings.

The raw data is available in the rest of this post.

Update: I’ve recreated the chart with new veggies.

Update 2: I’ve updated the chart and spreadsheet with new stuff in a new blog post. Read the rest of this entry »

FarmVille Profit Sheet

Being a FarmVille nerd that I am, I wanted to collect the data from the FarmVille market and put it into a spreadsheet so that I could analyze the best profit. This sheet is available here (Google Docs) should you like to manipulate it yourself. I am still missing the info on Broccoli, so if anyone has it I would love to update the sheet. The rest is below the fold:

Update: I’ve updated the chart and spreadsheet with new stuff in a new blog post.
